Most of those products are, intentionally or unintentionally, implying and giving the consumer the idea that you will absolutely get everything and anything you want, that you can do nothing and get everything, which simply is not true.
However, what is true, is that you can have, be, or do anything through the power of manifestation.
You can dramatically improve your life and the world. You will get more of what you do want and less of what you don't want. But it will take more than just visualization, the occasional action, and happy thoughts to make all of these things happen consistently, despite what others may have published on the topic.
